    Employment Type: Full-time 


    Salary: $34.08/hr 


    Shift: Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm

We service all makes and models and also specialize in classic car restorations and high-performance modifications. Our facility is fully equipped to meet the needs of individual customers and fleet clients alike. We are an official engine installation center and pride ourselves on our commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Machinist to join our dynamic and growing team.


    Position Duties & Responsibilities


    As a Machinist Automotive, you will play a vital role in the repair and reconditioning of gasoline and diesel engines. Your duties will include:


    • Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts
    • Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly
    • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables
    • Repair machine tools and parts
    • Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments
    • Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
    • Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
    • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
    • Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
